FASHIONART / RZC

Fashion and Art have been always my big passions..
But I am wondering, isn't Fashion an Art?
It's obvious that are plenty of visions about the Fashion, but what I mean is how a designer lets his mind fly and creates, either something surrealistic(subjective) or something realistic (objective).

I like to see each garment as sculptures, 3D Art that you admire by its shape, color, texture...and something you feel identified to.

So I want to introduce you a new concept, FashionArt. But as one word.
A concept that perfectly describes my work, Fashion and Art joined.

This collage-moodboard I made for my top, which you can find online on www.rzcdesign.com

Also I show you some pictures of Fashion and Art joined.. Fashionart by Maison Martin Margiela.

 Have a great weekend!!

RZC/ RAQUEL ZORRAQUIN ONLINE SHOP RELEASED!

Finally the RZC store is online! I can't believe it, after working very hard and more time than expected (you don't know how complicated it is to release an online store ) here it is! I look forward to you having some garments in hand and see with your eyes what I've been working in during 5? months.
Today is one of the most important days of my life, this is a dream come true. Can't stop smiling!!!!
Finallyyyyyyy :)I'm super happy with it, I love the clothes and I hope you like them too. I've posted on the website a section ' About Me ' so you can read a little more about my life in this world and how I got here, also some information about the collection.

But I tell you some anyway:

My philosophy is that fashion should be simple and elegant. Clothing that can be worn in many ways, and always give you an unique touch. I have been studying the shapes of each garment so that they can adapt to all body types, highlighting the femininity of the modern woman. The first collection is a blend of nature and architecture. With geometric shapes of the buildings and color that evoke the essence of nature. Nowadays We live between the two concepts, so I wanted to mix them in one, and this first clothing line is the result. Everything is handmade by seamstresses here in Zaragoza, Spain. We advocate fair trad, with no labor exploitation. Also, 2% of the sale of each piece will go to an NGO, we all deserve to have a life with all the basics covered. Let's make this world a better place.

Also comment that three of the photos ( www.lucastorresausejo.com ) of the LOOKBOOK were published in Vogue Italia ! Here the link .
